"Getting greeted off the boat with a cold glass of Jamaica (Habiscus) was the first experience. Without even setting foot on this beautiful property. We showed up before our check-in to leave our extra luggage and they attend us regardless. We took off to visit Tikal. In the mean time they took our luggage and placed it in the room for us. "I can’t say enough about this amazing location. I arranged the shuttle for $25 USD for round trip transportation and had to adjust the time due to a late arrival and they were very accommodating. It is within walking distance to Tikal which is very convenient especially after a long day of exploring. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The restaurant, bar and pool onsite are all exceptional. I used the shared bathrooms and showers and they were constantly attended to and very clean. I...

"I love the fact that it is right outside Tikal ruins, this gave us the unforgettable experience to do the sunrise and sunset tours. Staff was wonderful setting up our tour even thou we arrived very late they were also very helpful in getting us transportation to Belize"

"The location of this hotel was the nicest thing about it but there are many hotels of equal quality next door and around the corner that I will check out the next time I am in Flores. The owner was nice enough and checked us in. The hotel was an Ecolodge that used rain water/solar for hot showers and that they are energy conscience. Our room was fine, bathroom was very small--sit on the toilet and hit your knees on the door. We had no soap for washing your hands or showering with. We had to ask...
