"O hotel é bem localizado e de frente a orla do Rio São Francisco, o hotel serviu bem, porém o hotel carece de uma reforma, há porta emperrando, trincos de portas difíceis de manusear, elevador travando quando entra de 04 pessoas ou acima, porém NÃO há aviso de carga máxima dentro do elevador, recepcionista um pouco frio sem simpatia (NÃO foram mal educados apenas robotizados), já os demais da limpeza e do café da manhã foram bem simpáticos e solícitos ."
