"We arrived early and were told check in wasn't until after 2 which was fine. We filled out all paperwork and went to lunch. Once we returned after 4 some of our rooms were still not ready and we did not receive all rooms until after 6. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The rooms are very outdated. The water in the sink ran all night because it was too difficult to turn off. The rooms are very small."

"The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here."

"Clean hotel POOL very DANGEROUS ... ONLY 3 feet deep without '' NO DIVING '' signs and poor lighting at night. Needs pool lights and decklights next to pool and warning signs of depth. Only one young lady spoke english, no one else did. Our last morning I was waken up at 500am by what sounded like someone using a sledge hammer on the walls, thought maybe someone was destroying one unit. Turned out to be some idiot in the kitchen, maybe maintenance banging. Shook the walls and must have waken...

"The location is the best in town. The staff super friendly and polite. Our room was dirty with left over from other people. In our 4th someone did our bed and forgot to give us sheets so we stayed the rest of trip without any. I would stay there again but I have to bring a few items to my confort"

"Gostamos da estadia, do café da manhã, do conforto da cama e da água quente na pia e no chuveiro. Achamos que o hotel precisa renovar o enxoval de cama e banho (as toalhas parecem muito velhas). Sentimos falta de uma TV maior e de TV a Cabo."
