Cons: - Some of the cleaning staff is rude and doesn't clean well. - The hotel allows policemen to join the breakfast buffet while carrying fire guns and large rifles. My son was very scared about it. If the hotel wants to give them food, why not allocate a special place to let then be served? - Water in the pool is very cold. - Air conditioner is very week and windows don't close properly. "The property was built to be a resort style convention centre hotel with expensive refurbishing like granite walls in the bathrooms, large curved ramps between floors etc. It is still nice but certain parts are not really used anymore including the waterpark "

"The hotel was awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball. We arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, we could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room.
