"Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "

"Love Otani Tokyo, before 2019 when I went to Tokyo, Otani was always my first choice. Love Osaka more since 2014 I decided to invest in a property here. Now it seems like a bad decision, I sold around half-price last year but I still enjoy my travel here whether over 50 times or 100 times. Otani Osaka reminded me why I made that decision that year. "The hotel very comfortable and the rooms spacious it is walking distance to the station, there is a store on corner should you require and food and restaurants within walking distance. The onsen is an added extra with the outfit and added extra to wear. "
