"Comfy stay, the hotel is in a convenient location and well furnished. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) I agreed a 2pm checkout as I had a meeting to attend online. During my meeting the telephone in the room started to ring loudly. They were calling to see why I hadn’t checked out! "I felt like it was a good location, near public transit (which I took advantage of daily). One of the tallest buildings in Amsterdam (it seemed) so I recommend going to the outdoor roof bar on the very top to see the excellent views. Enjoyed a delicious latte made every morning by a very kind gentleman in the lobby."
