"The hotel is at a nice safe location. The staff were friendly. The pool area is a huge plus, kids had fun. The breakfast could have been better."

"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled. There was one room key and there was no maid service. We had to ask for clean towels and take out our own trash every day. We...

"It’s an older hotel. I had a problem with the cigarette smoke. I was upstairs and people wouldn come right outside their door and smoke. The smoke would then travel up toward my room and make my room smell. I have asthma so this wasn’t good. Maybe get a designated smoking area would help"
