"Gerry, the front desk agent during the day and Rick (Im pretty sure that’s his name, front desk/night shift) were exceptional, the staff definitely went and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. I can’t say enough about how friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous Gerry was when I checked out and the same for the night audit/front desk staff when I checked in the first night. "Very comfy beds and pillows. Room was nice and clean. Parking under the building was tight but appreciated. We stayed because we were running a half marathon, and they kindly let us check out late, so we could come back and freshen up afterwards before heading back home. Nice experience overall. "

"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled.
