"The check-in process was very confusing and slow. After a long day playing in the snow, everyone was exhausted and wanted to get in the hotel room asap. However, we spent almost 30 minutes on checking in. The front desk staff didn’t seem to like their jobs neither probably due to the heavy workload. They were definitely short staffed for the amount of guests they had to handle. The hotel itself was clean but the bedside table showed many yucky beverage marks that apparently left by the previous...
