"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. "

"I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "
