"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. As was our room, including the patio area. Service was quite good (generally excellent but occasionally inconsistent). The garden is gorgeous, but also a tourist attraction in itself so gets busy with tourists not staying at the hotel. This means you are constantly asked by staff if you’re a guest. "Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...

"Stunning hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is perfectly situated within the Medina, close to Bahia Palace and an easy walk to the Souks. A fabulous breakfast is served in the hotel's courtyard, overlooking the pool. Our room was large and always very clean. Plates of fruit, cookies and dates were left in our room daily which is a lovely touch. There is no doubt in our minds that we will return to Ksar Anika again."
