"I read reviews on Google about this hotel. Please don’t listen to them as they are per individual. We didn’t experience rude staff. From the minute we stepped out of the car for valet to check out, everyone was top tier in customer service. Having no lobby due to renovations, I’m not sure how people in reviews found this is an issue as signs were easy to read for reception and check in was effortless. "The hotel location was very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The staff at door were very courteous, even it was very cold they always greeted us with smile. We got free drinks coupons but the bar seemed always busy so we didn’t had a chance to use them. "
