"Overnight birthday stay for my 8 year old. Reception was fast, easy and the customer service helpful and pleasant offering restaurant suggestions and pointing out amenities. Carver King rooms seem to be updated with a view facing their front lot, not staying for the view so that was irrelevant. Relatively clean room and rest of the hotel seems to be kept up though worn in some places. Pool and arcade were the reason for staying and didn’t disappoint. Lots of Ryan’s game machines to earn points...

"This property is beautiful and taken care of immaculately. Colleen anticipated all our needs, having available dish soap, dishwash detergent, beach chairs, and other conveniences. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We brought our two dogs, who were in seventh heaven with the ability to roam safely around the house, porches, and fenced-in yard. Would highly recommend!"

"This cottage rental more than lived up to its billing as a typical Massachusetts fish camp built in the 40s. The setting - at the end of a long drive - ensures tranquility. The many cottages in the camp offer simple but clean comfortable and functional lodgings. Each cottage has its unique flair. "Dick's Maggot" is a single bed cabin with minimal kitchen right on the water's edge. Very romantic. The cabin we rented, "Betty and Helen," is set back a bit from the pond. "Our family loved, loved this 4 days mini vacation. We were absolutely thrilled with rustic old world cottage, untouched nature, beautiful pond with crystal clear water and private beach. This will always be among our best vacation."

"Overnight birthday stay for my 8 year old. Reception was fast, easy and the customer service helpful and pleasant offering restaurant suggestions and pointing out amenities. Carver King rooms seem to be updated with a view facing their front lot, not staying for the view so that was irrelevant. Relatively clean room and rest of the hotel seems to be kept up though worn in some places. Pool and arcade were the reason for staying and didn’t disappoint. Lots of Ryan’s game machines to earn points from to put towards prizes as well as multiple claw machines, we now have an entourage of various stuffed animals accompanying us home. Be aware though that the arcade is an easy 80 degrees so stopping at the sauna is not needed if your playing. The indoor pool area was not warm. Clean but much cooler than most indoor facilities in and out of the water. Lifeguard/attendant having the slider door open in 40 degree rainy weather wasn’t helping the area around the pool either. In all my child was happy with the stay and we had no real issues to complain about so it was a decent stay at a reasonable price. "
