"Terrible. No reception, the computer to access to the password for the room key wasnt working. We wait one hour to have someone at the interphone. The person give us bad key code and we had to call them back. We only get access to room at 11pm."

"The hotel is located in an ideal location for great walks in the forest and lakeside. It’s clean and well appointed. Would stay there again but would not fall for the front desk trick! "Hotel is in a busy part of Saint Nazaire. Has had a recent facelift of rooms (new bathrooms, decoration, colour scheme. Room was fine. Walls a bit thin, as sound transferred from our busy neighbours quite clearly. I assumed the hotel was mon-smoking , but either it wasn’t‘ or some other rooms weren’t all abiding by the rules. "

"It was dark when I came and when I left. It is a kind of hippie or modern artist hotel overall. I prefer the standard ones."

"We used this hotel as a stop over on way home from holiday so did not need much but still felt disappointed as hotel is tired and room was very tardy. The rooms do not have air conditioning which is fine but absolutely no drinks or tea/coffee making facilities and when I asked for coffee downstairs we were charged even though we paid €80+ for stay."
