"For a short stay, it is a great location. A easy walk to the medieval town, cathedral and churches. Trams and busses, all center at the plaza in front of the train station. "The hotel is located in an ideal location for great walks in the forest and lakeside. It’s clean and well appointed. Would stay there again but would not fall for the front desk trick! "Hotel is in a busy part of Saint Nazaire. Has had a recent facelift of rooms (new bathrooms, decoration, colour scheme. Room was fine. Walls a bit thin, as sound transferred from our busy neighbours quite clearly. I assumed the hotel was mon-smoking , but either it wasn’t‘ or some other rooms weren’t all abiding by the rules. "

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable but there was no door on the bathroom and there was no climate control, except a window. We were facing the courtyard which people were enjoying until late at night. Unfortunately because it was warm and we had the window open, our room became very smokey and the noise made it difficult to sleep. The hotel served its purpose but I do not think we would stay there again."
