"The house was set in a beautiful tranquil location in wooded countryside and a good position for visiting the coast and nearby attractions. The house had spacious accommodation and some lovely furniture but was not very clean. The bedroom on the ground floor had a bathroom but the WC was quite separate under the stairs and next to a cupboard containing water pipes which was the ‘wardrobe’. Several of the curtains were hanging off their rings. The upstairs beds were not very comfortable. With...

"This is a very nice place in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the parks, the beaches, the food, and the house was great; big and comfortable. We should have planned a longer stay. Thanks!"

"The hotel was exceptional in every way. The property is beautiful the rooms are pretty, are clean and very well appointed. The view of the chateau is absolutely spectacular. "Hotel du Monde staff were very helpful on arrival. Our apartment was a 5min walk from the centre,so there was easy access to places for eating. Our apartment was in a beautiful old building and it was stunning to walk into.We had an equipped small kitchen, small living space with a terrace. The bedroom boasted a beautiful 4 poster bed with tv and a roomy en suite with a power shower. Toiletries were complimentary and smelt delicious! We returned to the main hotel the next morning for breakfast. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were very friendly as they explained the breakfast food,which was the most varied and delicious spread ive seen in a hotel. There was a vast choice of cereals,yogurts ,breads,pastries or cooked food ,and teas,coffees and juices. Everything was just perfect. We only had one night in Nantes but we would love to return to see more of this beautiful city and of course,stay longer in Hotel du Monde. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
