"The place is very good except the bedrooms are tired looking they need a good indepth clean also had to go for tea bag the biscuits was limited. The facilities were a bit mixed - The living room tv was not working but this was sorted quite quickly. The selection for breakfast was terrific couldnt fault the choice.Loved the fact that the bread for toast white & brown was lovely bloomer bread.Had a two course meal in restaurant & my wife had three courses again first class.Spent some time in the pool , steam room & sauna great for relaxation. "Staff extremely helpful under tricky conditions. With storm we had no electricity from 8am on 24th and still not connected this morning when I left. Staff put on a log stove in Bistro,managed to do teas n coffees on small gas heater, supplied good battery lamps for each resident, Manager even carefully drove in evening into part of Lanark with power and brought back a meal for an older person staying for BnB, She would not take money for that. Ever staff member there did much more that needed...
