"Heating system did mot get hot. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. Room could do with makeover. Facilities verry good . Staff polite and very helpful "

"We received a very warm welcome by the duty managers. They were very understanding when we requested a later check in as we were traveling all the way from Inverness. Nothing was a problem at all. We stayed for two nights and breakfast both mornings was amazing. Thoroughly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. We will definitely be back when we can. "

"This is a perfect place to stay when travelling and to break up the journey. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent, quiet and comfortable and the fact that we could take our well behaved dog was why we chose to stay.
