"We had a very bad experience in this hotel. At 2:30 am someone started knocking at our door at least 3 times. I woke up and when I opened the door, there was the bell boy bringing a suitcase that was not ours. After he noticed he got the wrong room, he apologized and left. It was almost impossible for us to get back to sleep and we felt tired all day long. It is unbelievable that a "5 star" hotel has this type of mistakes. Also, when checking out, we got a different rate than what was initially...

"Staff was very friendly and gracious, went out of their way to help with anything. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety and offerings. Nice private beach area, but cushions on lounge chairs were not secured and kept sliding down the chairs when chair backs were inclined. Sea Breeze rooms were spacious though mattress was hard and pillows fairly flimsy. "

For the money, it was simply "okay." Truth be told, I was disappointed with my stay. The mini fridge had leftover condensation and a bit of mold inside, which might not have been a huge issue to handle had it worked. This is a decent hotel - it's not a 5 star establishment. "
