"I turned up at the hotel (after a bus journey from Petra ) only to get some excuse from staff about maintenance work in my room!! Truth is, Zaman have a very old booking system and because of their location and price, get over booked. I was then sent by Zaman to their 'sister' hotel the Hotel Arabesque, in a completely different area of Amman. Zaman Ya Zaman, it is 2023!!!! Modernise!!! Zaman could have contacted me to tell me or cancelled my booking earlier...."

"We loved our stay at AlQasr. The staff were well trained, professional and polite. The breakfast was good with options though the cold cut were kind of old and dry. The kitchen was open for personal style fried eggs if requested. Clean and quiet. Rooms tend to be business hotel style with size and furniture, but clean and comfy bedding. Enough toiletry and towels. Don’t miss the view from the restaurant at top, the menu is great and reasonably priced too. Thank you and for sure will be back! "

"Do not ask the staff to find you a taxi, because we found out that the taxi and hotel staff charged the customer much more for getting a taxi. The taxi driver and hotel staff knew that we wanted to take a taxi and the taxi driver charged us triple of what regal taxi would cost. For example, a taxi will cost around 5 dinars or less to go anywhere in Jordan, but the taxi that the hotel got for us charged us 20 dinars! To go to a restaurant that is only 10 mints away from the hotel. Just be careful...
