"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious local food, and it was included with the stay, which was a great bonus. The location is perfect close to everything. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"A breathtaking experience! A secluded desert location with luxury pods tucked in the mountains of Wadi Rum. All inclusive resort with breakfast and dinner included. An cave bar that serves coffee, drinks and hookah. Additional excursions available like hot air balloon, sand boarding, start gazing Camel rides, and area tours. They have Wi-fi available. Hike up the mountain for a on top of the world feeling as you gaze across the red sands of the desert. Hospitality is top notch and very friendly host. All run by locals of the Wadi Rum area. A once in a lifetime adventure, I highly recommend staying here with your significant other 😍. Not too many activities for young children."

"During my stay at Southern Star Club Hotel, I had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon check-in, the toilet in our room wasn’t flushing properly. I reported it to a staff member, who provided a plunger. Despite my efforts to fix it, the issue persisted. Before leaving for dinner, I informed staff again, requesting it be addressed while we were out. At 4:30 AM, the toilet became completely unusable. Staff returned and spent nearly an hour using a hose both inside and outside the room, but the problem remained unresolved. We were forced to use the shower for basic needs and rely on a separate bathroom for other necessities, creating an unsanitary and deeply uncomfortable situation. When I requested a refund for the severe inconvenience, the owner accused us of causing the damage to the toilet. Hours after we had already checked out, she sent a photograph of intact toilet paper as evidence. The image was inconsistent with materials that had gone through a sewer line, raising serious doubts about the validity of their claim and the hotel’s honesty. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue respectfully, owner refused to issue a refund and continued to place unjust blame on us. This experience was not only unacceptable and unsanitary but also a reflection of dishonest and unprofessional business practices. I strongly advise against staying at Southern Star Club Hotel to avoid similar treatment, lack of accountability, and disregard for basic guest comfort and respect."
