"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "The scenery surrounded the hotel is beautiful with sea view and wind turbine. The staff was very helpful to help us with the luggage as the pension is at the second floor. However the pension could have provided more facilities such as tea and coffee sachets or some convenient food available to purchase on sites. The location of the pension is suitable for self drive holiday."
