We had requested a crib and they not only brought one and set it up really nicely, they also brought wipes and diapers and a diaper pail for us to use, which was all unexpected and so helpful. "Beautiful hotel in Kobe. It felt like I was on a cruise ship. Very convenient to shopping. Wish I stayed here longer I loved being in Kobe. Breakfast buffet was top notch!"

"Love this hotel as it is walkable to the main food street and also near the harbour. We drove and the only down side is the parking is chargable. The room size is good and i took the view of the harbour. "

"Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. "Staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. The location is beautiful but the decor a little outdated. The room was very smokey but ok once we opened the window to air it out. The food was EXCELLENT. The outdoor onsen was my fave. I would stay here again despite the smokey room - just make sure you request a non-smoking room!"
