"This was the 5th time I’ve stayed at the Copantl Hotel - each time involved a 7-night stay. Given my familiarity with the Copantl I certainly have had ample opportunity to evaluate the hotel, its services and its staff. I’m very pleased to say that the Copantl was absolutely wonderful - from the very helpful and attentive staff at the desk, to the staff in its restaurants and snack bar, to its staff responsible for housekeeping, to its secure and convenient location I could not have been more pleased or satisfied with the level and quality of service I received. The Copantl is a very clean, comfortable and service oriented hotel. Not to be overlooked or understated was the quality and variety of food served in its restaurants. From the rooftop restaurant to the poolside snack bar they offer delicious food at very reasonable price. Great breakfast buffet to start the day. Great dinner buffet in the hotel’s main dining room. If I had just one wish or suggestion it would be to have a few tables and chairs placed in the outside patio adjacent to the hotel’s main entrance. That was always a great spot to have a snack and a cold beverage but sadly the bar closed a few years ago and never reopened. Inexplicably the furniture on the patio outside of the bar was removed. "
