"Not enough good things can be said about the friendly and accommodating staff. They begin making sure your stay is smooth even before you get there (make sure transportation and arrival times work for you). The property is lush with two residents bunnies and two resident cats. "Tucked away at the end of the very busy West Bay beach, the Caribe Tesoro was a nice, smaller hotel with fantastic staff. A beautiful pool, and lovely morning views for breakfast overlooking the clear waters. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, including the pier over the waterfront but this was not too disruptive.
