"Great location right on the water in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked and plenty of water sports equipment to use. The place is well designed and large enough to spread out and have privacy. Will, the caretaker was very nice and the 2 dogs are great if you want them around otherwise they leave you alone. Walking distance to several restaurants up the beach."

"This was an amazing stay. Everything you need is included with rental. Very clean, comfy bed and the best view. It is very physical to get up to the top, 70+ steps and very steep driveway to get to the stairs. The climb is worth it if you can gable it. I struggle with RA but survived. We had a driver pickup snafu but that was the only issue. It was still so beautiful. Would recommend based on location to beach and the best restaurant ever is Kristi’s."

"Property was described perfectly, Al and Sandra were awesome hosts along with their fun dogs Jack and Hope! Everything was so easy and laid back. House was super clean and well stocked. We felt very safe here no issues with that whatsoever. Snorkeling was awesome right off the private dock there as well as nightly sunsets. "We stayed here for 4 nights, and really enjoyed it. The Beach House is steps from West Bay Beach with tons of great restauants, beach bars and activities, but tucked away in a quiet, private gated village. We had the ground floor apartment, which was recently renovated with all the upgrades. The kitchen is modern and great for preparing meals with everything we needed.
