"I did not have hot water. they did not provide the morning breakfast they advertised.I had no internet in my room. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to change the bedding or the towels and give bathroom amenities."

"It was a great experience with only two points one on the property that was promptly attended and the beach, it was very dirty, but not sure who is responsible for that. "

"Great communication from hotel as we were navigating our way there. We arrived after the normal dinner hour but the were willing to hold staff available to serve us a very good meal. Rooms are unique and charming! We did the whitewater rafting. Guides were great and very concerned about everyone’s safety. Fun trip! Overall a great visit and we look forward to returning!"
