"Pros: location, plenty of staff, beautiful pools/beach, clean, safe, spacious suites Cons: furniture not functional, no in-room safe, beds very hard/uncomfortable, housekeeping inconsistent, towel stand closes 3 hours before the pool Overall enjoyed our stay as a couple with two teenagers. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Pleasant grounds. Easy walking distance to water activities and restaurants. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Just bring bug repellant. When it rains it brings out the no-seeums. You wont know you are bitten till night time. Lots to do on beach from snorkeling and diving to jet skies. Favorite restaurants were trattoria el pietro or los rocas next door to la sirena a few miles towards the east end. "Great resort. We were two adults and two teens. The location in West Bay is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of the resort area and just steps from the beach. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, with beachside service. The resort’s pool was a great to relax, and the rooftop pool was quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ideal beachfront getaway with top-notch amenities and service. Thank you!"
