"The service was so personal it felt like we were part of their family. We were greeted by friendly staff who immediately took our bags while we checked in. We received private tours to the volcano and waterfalls which are amazing. We got to see and feed some amazing animals. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. "Second stay at this hotel. It was clean and relatively quiet, though I heard much more street noise this time from my room on the ground floor. (I had been on the second floor last time I stayed here). I would have loved to request help with my heavy luggage, but I wasn't able to contact the front desk. it wasn't clear to me whether my room phone was out of order or there was simply no one around to answer the front desk phone. So Lovely

"Everyone here was so lovely. The shuttle driver was there to meet us at the airport. The breakfast host was superior, bringing us native fruits and telling us about them. He even made a balloon animal for a child there. Would highly recommend."
