"Disclaimer: Not sure if this was the fault of Hotels.com or the hotel itself, or a combination of the two. Arrived at this hotel via car only to find that it was completely closed for renovations. I had made a non-refundable reservation to stay almost 2 months prior, yet received absolutely no notice from either the hotel or Hotels.com that the hotel was closed.
