I had been to the hot springs before the hurricane hit and there were a lot more pools. The two that they did have were hot and enjoyable although were in need of being repainted and cleaned. "The location was nice, in a gated community. We loved the pool with the slides and the bar. The home was comfortable for our family. We had some issues with check in but luckily it was resolved so confirm the details before arrival."

"The woman at the check in desk was very nice, especially when I had to go back to ask why the lights in the room weren’t working and she had to explain that we have to put the door key card in a little slot next to the door that went to the pool area to get the lights on. It’s funny that they issue you your tv remote and controller for the AC at the desk but, whatever! The bathroom was dated but clean and the pool area was really nice - even if we didn’t have the chance to use it. Breakfast...
