Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated."

Sem serviço de quarto, ninguém atende o telefone quando vc precisa, ninguém te ajuda com malas. Os funcionários do valet são grosseiros e deixam os carros estacionarem de qualquer jeito na pista de embarque/desembarque, não administram...
