"Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food...

"A hospedagem, alimentação estavam bons. Achei que deveria ser mais descrito no site as comodidades que cada hotel do grupo tem, como exemplo a academia que só tem no hotel pousada, assim como recreação, brinquedoteca que fica no luupi. O transfer das 00:00hs ate as 08:00 somente com agendamento. No mais, funcionários solicitos, comida com bastante variedade e limpeza muito boa também. "
