The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay.

Hotel legal para famílias
O hotel tem uma estrutura externa legal , mas é extremamente antigo , as toalhas parecem pano de chão , vc escuta barulho o tempo todo parece que as paredes são de isopor . Se vc não dormir a noite por ter ido a alguma festa esqueça de dormir durante o dia pois é impossível ! Barulho de vizinhos e no corredor o tempo todo isso pq a acústica do prédio é terrível . O hotel é bem legal para famílias mas meus amigos e eu que fomos pro Caldas country não deu certo .

Sempre tive interesse em conhecer o resort, mas infelizmente a experiência não foi as melhores. Hotel está precisando de uma reforma. Ar condicionado velho, com barulho e caindo água no quarto. Banheiro sim, secador ultrapassado, não seca nem a franja. Caixa descarga com defeito e paredes sujas. O resto nada de especial. Só o atendimento do Cleiton( recepcionista) que fez a diferença na nossa estada.

O hotel é muito bom no geral! Eu com certeza recomendo! Tem um estacionamento amplo. Recepção e funcionários em geral muito simpáticos e educados. Quarto grande e amplo. Cama grande e confortável. Lençóis poderiam ser de melhor qualidade mas é apenas um detalhe. Banheiro bom, com itens de higiene pessoal. Poderiam fazer reparos de manutenção de muito tempo de uso mas apenas detalhes tbm, o banheiro era bom. Café da manhã excelente com muita variedade e sempre tinha reposição. Wi-Fi do hotel deixou a desejar, estava no terceiro andar e o sinal era muito ruim, praticamente não consegui usar. A área de lazer era muito boa, muitas piscinas, parque, restaurante…muito bom! Recomendo este hotel!

Pontos a serem observados.
A recepção do hotel é muito bonita, aconchegante e tem visual clássico lindo. O quarto tem camas bastante confortável. Os móveis estão com aspecto de velhos, creio que porque os hóspedes colocam roupas molhadas em cima. Sugiro que o hotel coloque um varal retrátil, mesmo que seja no banheiro. Encontramos um vazamento atrás do vaso sanitário. As cortinas precisam ser lavadas. Estão encardidas. A faixadas do prédio precisa de uma pintura. Tem muito mofo/lodo do ar condicionado e está dando um aspecto de abandonado. Quanto a alimentação, não tem muita variedade que nos apetecesse no almoço.

Foi somente uma diária mas foi bem aproveitada. O hotel que está localizado próxima a uma reserva ambiental, tem ótima infraestrutura com várias piscinas aquecidas e frias, sauna, restaurante, cafeteria, spa, academia, parque de brinquedos infantis, entretenimento para crianças com supervisão de monitor, musica ao vivo em volta das piscinas, etc.. Tem uma ótima equipe de empregados no atendimento aos hospedes e limpeza/manutenção do hotel. O quarto que hospedei do bloco B tem um bom tamanho, cama com colchões confortáveis, frigobar, ar condicionado, banheiro com ducha elétrica. É servido no restaurante café da manhã, almoço e jantar, caso a refeição não esteja incluida na diária, vc pode solicitar a inclusão da refeição, (em 06/09/2024 valor da refeição R$ 59,90). Tem um amplo estacionamento sem cobertura. Fica como sugestão é manter a reposição de alimentos principalmente no jantar. Gostei e voltarei com a permisão de Deus.
