Foi boa mas na segunda reserva ,alguns problemas! Coisas que um gerente se quiser resolve fácil, mas como renovei e irei ficar mais três diárias poderei ao fim destes dias dizer se melhoraram ou se infelizmente o hotel deixa a desejar. O café e restaurante são terceirizados eu fui muito bem tratada e a comida é café muito bons, pessoal gentil e educado . Na recepção do hotel fica o manobrista muito simpático todo o tempo. As recepcionistas até agora tbem simpáticas .

Bom, mas pode melhorar muito em serviços
O quarto é bom, assim como o café da manhã. Entretanto, o hotel falhou miseravelmente em alguns pontos, que listo: - Deixei meus óculos em um porta-controle na academia, fui tomar uma sauna e quando voltei, já não estava mais lá os óculos. Procurei a recepção, que nada foi empática em tentar resolver a situação. - Muita gente na recepção para poucos funcionários. Todas as vezes que demandei algo, demorou pelo menos meia hora, na fila do saguão, para uma simples pergunta. - Estacionamento. Muito simpático e cortês o senhor manobrista. Mas só ele para o volume do hotel é muito pouco. Precisei sair cedo, tinha horário agendado, e por pouco nao perco meu compromisso. Já tinha avisado que precisaria sair cedo e para deixar o carro no jeito. Demorou mais de uma hora desde meu check-out até a saída com o carro.
