"Cockroaches. I stayed there two nights, killed about 10 of the little bast**** I complained, they said they would spray, they didn't. Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk. They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash. Swimming pool was so cloudy I never entered the water. I will never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was two eggs and two fried hot dogs. "

"Dont waste your money ,the bath tub in my suite was so nasty i nearly puked couldn’t shower or use the bathroom for my stay thats how bad this place is .And oh there’s no pool very deceiving .Just some dirty has been pool hole on the ground."

"My stay was amazing. The staff, especially Kevin and Emmanuel were excellent and had great communication if I needed anything. I definitely recommend this location for tourists who want to be in a centralized location to restaurants, nightlife, culture, and shopping. I will definitely stay here again. The restaurant on the location is also great and the staff is so welcoming. "
