"I would definitely stay at the Tang Palace again. It was clean and the staff was friendly. My only criticism is some of the response time in the on-site dining area and in the pool area with drink orders. With that said, I’d still book here. "

"Overall my experience was great. I was there with my same sex partner and felt welcomed, which was a concern when going to a country where it is illegal. The facilities were quite nice, though there were some small things which were a bit off like the hook in the bathroom kept falling off. The restaurant was also overpriced and underwhelming, especially when there are such good restaurants around. The front desk staff were wonderful at offering recommendations for food though. As hospitality retired owners and intense travellers , you made our stay welcoming. The f&b team also fabulous , the food and presentation faultless . "It was a double anniversary so we celebrated it here. Unfortunately service was extremely poor. Check in takes at least 30 minutes. We ordered food a simple Salad, Quesdiallas, chicken sandwich and rice with beef kebab and we did not get it until 2.5 hours later, and the rice was cold. On top of the that the order was wrong. We dealt with it they apologize by giving us dessert from the buffet. This is my 3rd time here and every time it's something wrong. For $225 a night They lack entertainment....
