"On the whole everything was ok except that I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my agent who should have been there before my arrival to complete my check- in came. I paid in advance so I believe that caused my problem. Maybe in future I will pay on my arrival to avoid unnecessary delays. "

"The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...

"I booked this hotel for 3 guests and my booking said it was for 3 twin bunk beds. However when I arrived they only had one bed reserved for me in a room that had 3 bunk beds (all the other cots were taken) and I had to find another place for my two friends to stay. Agoo staff helped me find another place with no problem, but I wish they had reviewed the booking to see that it was for 3 people since that was clear on my end. The facility is lively but the air conditioning is weak and my room was...

"Twice the shuttle did not meet us at the airport at the predetermined time and place. Everything else was very good. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Our rooms worked out very well."

"Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only thing missing was a bartender. He was off that night and we were only able to buy bottled beverages. Great location. Near the airport with shuttle provided and walking distance to Accra mall."

"When I arrived nobody was at reception or anywhere. I selected my own my room after 10 minutes of trying to find someone. Lights constantly flickered, no drinking water, no towel, no soap. Breakfast was disgusting and they only take cash payment. Which was not written anywhere."
