"The hotel has excellent service. All staff were professional, courteous, and committed to giving guests a great experience. The propeety itself is need of work. You do not really have access to the beach. Its beyond a chain link fence with security. It is a public beach with hawkers and the like and not well kept. If you're hoping for a beach experience, this is not it. The pool is pleasant though. I had a bug incident, which staff came and handled quickly by spraying the room with me in it. Had...
