"The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Special thank you to Marcia at the Transportation Desk for her excellent service and tour recommendations and to our driver, Robert, for taking us around on all our tours. We had a wonderful chat with Dan, who greeted us at the entrance of the hotel. He’s a bright and intelligent young man. My brother and I had a great time in Accra and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were amazed seeing all the historic sights and museums and learning about the African culture and history. But most of all, we enjoyed the people. We look forward to our next visit."

"The staff members were delightful. They went over and beyond to assist me. Furthermore, they had extended my check-out time as my flight was 9 hours after check-out. The internet and aircon were on point. Room service was done properly and my items were all placed neatly on the side from the bed. Walking around after midnight is a delight, as it is cooler, plus a view of the Atlantic Ocean/Beach - great for the soul. Being around for over 20 years, they have maintained the hotel very well. Plus it is close to the airport. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long while. I look forward to visiting Ghana again and staying here for the duration of my stay in the future. "
