"The Airport Shuttle was advertised in a message to us as “On Request - call the hotel on arriving at the airport”. However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. The rail connectivity was a big plus with the train station right across the hotel. Really liked that the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom. "Great location once I had found it and a very clean, straightforward stay. I just some of the staff could be a bit more helpful. One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "
