"I loved the property. The facilities (pool, spa, garden, restaurant, room) were outstanding. I will return with my family. Only minor comment: properly is not for people with limited mobility as it has multiple hills and steps to get to the room and pool. Thanks a lot for great service."

"Beautiful place in the highlands! The thermal pools are the highlight and the flora and fauna along with the majestic mountains are the backdrop. Loved the onsite restaurant, especially the sea bass in coconut sauce. The spa offers quality massages and wraps at very affordable prices. This is a magical place and I’ll definitely return! "

"We stayed at Rincón de Puembo on our way to the Galápagos and again when we returned. I highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the food is amazing (have the cold shrimp in a chilled soup), and the service is outstanding. We ate at both restaurants but El Grill with outdoor seating was my favorite. The rooms are nicely done. The woman that checked us in Monday Jan 21 around 7:30pm was so very helpful and she was there to help us again when we returned on the 29th. She made...
