"We decided to visit Buxton during our free days in the UK. What a treat. We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our needs and in a great location. Communication with Lorainne was OUTSTANDING and she made it very easy for us. We enjoyed getting out to do a bit of hiking and then spent both of our nights enjoying the amazing food and drink at The Old Sun inn. So wonderful there and a short walk from the apartment. "This is a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and tidy B and B with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Some really nice touches are the delicious chocolate bars in rooms daily and on the last day a post card appears on your table of one of the excellent pencil drawings by the owner which line the walls of the breakfast room. "My partner and I have just returned from this beautiful cottage - it has everything you could possibly need and is in an idyllic spot, close to many walks and with a pub only 2 minutes walk away (there was also a 20% off voucher for this pub waiting for us in the cottage). The cottage was very clean and contained all the amenities you could want or need, with a fully loaded kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms. There is a front and back garden, beautifully tended and fully enclosed, so safe for pets....

"Nice little niche hotel off the main road. Has its own designated parking and limited EV chargers. You have your own kettle to make tea/coffee in your own room. Bar and restaurant attached so food and drinks are minutes away. If you are a light sleeper just be aware if you are near the road you can hear the cars all night so maybe bring someear plugs. Otherwise a pleasant stay. "
