Everything about our stay was impressive; from the customer service, to the cleanliness of our room. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and my children loved the breakfast!

Great welcome, friendly staff. Room was lovely, clean and bed was comfortable. Not so keen on the shower which was a hand held shower head. Also had evening meal in restaurant, it was ok but nothing to write home about. Will stay again

Overall excellent stay, but the carpark really need to have some maintenance and resurfacing, there are potholes all the way in the car park, and the EV chargers is malfunction

Convenient as it's just off the motorway but it's very much a transit motel. I was put in the last room of the hotel, in the basement at the end of the corridor. It had the feel of being forgotten about. Staff at the restaurant were lovely though and dinner was great.

Extremely disappointing
Enquired about early check-in on 4 different occasions, 3 by phone and one in person. Received a different procedure every time - such bad customer service. Had booked a twin room. Couldn’t check in until after the wedding I attended so it was nearly 1am in the morning. We checked in, got a key to a room with a very big double bed and what looked like a camp bed. Disgraceful. I had to ring reception, wait for him to come and take us to an actual twin bedded room.
