"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"The hotel is fantastic and incredibly convenient. The staff is very professional and friendly. Keep in mind that due to its central location, the surrounding area is busy and vibrant. We stayed on the first floor, and it wasn’t quiet—but we expected that, and it didn’t bother us at all. We loved that the hotel was clean and comfortable.
