"The property show in the way to the ruins but is far from the road. The road is grave one and rain make sludge and unsafe. From desk is really friendly and nice. "

"Friendly, helpful staff, cute landscaping and tropical surroundings, extremely uncomfortable beds, thin walls, headboard not attached, did not sleep well. Place was really nice, but they need to get new mattresses. We enjoyed walking to Palenque archeological site from the hotel and the zoo across the street. 70 peso rode to the town. "

"This boutique hotel was lovely, quaint Mexican decor and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and hotel staff were lovely. Do not eat in the restaurant - food was cold, coffee came in a 4 oz cup and they charged for every refill. Cook was very confrontational and rude."
