All of the staff was very friendly except the lady Laura at the front desk. The pool was too cold because it had a covering and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The pool area could use a makeover. Rooms were nice but not well insulated, and the surrounding streets were very noisy with cars and motorcycles driving by. Otherwise, good hotel.

Looked better in pictures—wasn’t as close to Zocolo as expected. All the staff at the front desk was Excellent!!! The wifi was terrible-even after the front desk put Bri on housekeeping. Not thrilled with resteraunt—had to tell them how to make a curb libra. Club sandwich good—breakfast buffet interesting. Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent.

En términos generales, muy buen hotel, bien ubicado, buen restaurante, su comida muy buena, habitaciones limpias, bien las instalaciones, pero un poco antiguas. Los puntos negativos que vi es que: el personal de hotel llega a ser grosero, está un poco descuidado, el área de "gimnasio" es un chiste, sólo son algunas máquinas y no funcionan. Y en varios días apestaban los pasillos a humo de cigarro
