Hotel with a Concierge in Central Delhi from SAR 139

"The staff works very hard to keep the property clean and tries to accommodate the needs and requests of guests. The murals in the rooms and public areas were charming. I cannot say enough good about staff member Gopal. He was so kind and helpful. The price of a nice room was very reasonable. This will be my “go to” in Delhi. And, Cafe Festa right across the street was great."

"Everyone in the hotel was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Shuttle service was an important key factor for us, making it convenient and hassle free to and from the airport. There was someone who met us outside the airport. Complementary snacks and water were provided. Breakfast was delicious with an array of food to choose from and enjoy from the rooftop. Their kitchen is conveniently open 24 hours, satisfying your hunger at anytime with a lot of choices from their menu. Within walking distance there are many shops and places to eat. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was very comfortable and spacious in our room. Tuk Tuks were accessible to help us get around town. It was a cool experience! My mother and I were very happy with our stay. We thank everyone for making it memorable and of ease. If you’re looking for a place to stay, we highly recommend this hotel!"

"The area around the property was quite crowded and didn’t feel safe at first glance. However, in the evening, the area felt more welcoming, with ample lighting and street vendors. Check-in was smooth, and they even allowed me to check in early. I had reserved a deluxe room, but it fell far short of expectations—there was no window for natural light, limited amenities, and, worst of all, cockroaches in the room. When I reported this to the front desk, they initially offered to send someone with bug spray, which was shocking. I had to insist on a room change, and thankfully, they eventually moved me to a much better room that matched the photos on Expedia. The dining utensils and crockery were not clean, and I had to wipe them down before use. Breakfast was just okay. At check-out, the staff didn’t offer to help with my bags, and there was trash near the security screening gate. Overall, I had a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to first-time visitors in Delhi."

"What a fun place to stay with incredible history. Stayed in one of the older rooms and it was spacious, beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional in making sure the stay was comfortable and they went beyond expectations. "
