The dessert section is amazing and every dish on this restaurant has labels for potential allergies, which allows people with dairy allergies to safely select what to eat. - They also have an Asian restaurant (Oko) where you can have Chinese or Japanese...

"The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. The hotel staff however helped keep us safe...

"Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "

"The hotel is extremely well located, very central and has good metro connections. The area can be quite rough for tourists and dirty if you want a clean environment select the suburbs rather than downtown. There are plenty of places to eat around. The entrance to the hotel is a bit weird but once in the hotel all fine, we felt safe and comfortable. The room was Clean and good bathroom for local standards. The noise from the street was not bothering. We had breakfast included and unfortunately...

"I had booked this for my older parents who were returning from US. They had a great experience checking in, getting dinner late in night and mentioned that the rooms were good, clean and spacious. I've had some bad experiences with other hotels in the past but it was great to know this experience was good."
