"Good location, staff are in need of an upgrade, for a 5 star hotel I expect a better standard of service. Very busy hotel with a late check in, for the price better to pay a little extra and stay in a proper 5 star hotel. Pool is extremely cold and only 6-7 beds which is not enough "

"It was adequate, but only adequate. The bathrooms, whilst superficially clean, we’re not well maintained. The rooms were ok, but quite dark and the beds not comfortable, it was also noisy outside.
