"We arrived at the hotel around 20:45 , one of the conditions was to inform the hotel if you were arriving after 8pm prior to arrival which we did weeks before. The gates were shut and the taxi man called the number on the gate - no answer . Two neighbours heard us knocking and shouting to try to attract the attention of the hotelier and they managed to gain access in to the grounds. The place was empty and dark (even though our dates showed fully booked) , My husband followed the neighbours into...

"First of all, this is a condo in a luxury building. The building is beautiful. If you want to feel secure, this is the place. There are guards at every entrance and they must buzz you in AND OUT. The whole property is surrounded by a glass wall. The building is called Landscape Fortaleza. I would guess that this unit has been a rental for some time, given the condition. Once you walk around the city you begin to understand why the apartment is in the state it’s in. It definitely needs a refresh...

"Very helpful staff. Wonderful, tranquil establishment. my only complaint was the shower. the water did not get very warm, and the system with the plastic showerhead was not effective."
